Bar Esteban was opened in march 2013 by record producer and sherry aficionado Stephen Lironi, executive chef Pablo Rodriguez and general manager Naroa Ortega.

Pablo trained at the michelin starred Jean-Luc Figueres in his native Barcelona, before coming to London and working in the kitchens of Barrafina, Moro and Morito.

Naroa is from Bilbao and started her career in the now world famous Asador Etxebarri.

Stephen is a Grammy nominated record producer and professional drinker from Scotland.
